vegan & vegetarian cooking

We cook daily vegan and vegetarian meals. We also offer cooking lessons and cafe style events.

 

Fresh, locally grown veggies are available all seasons thanks to our climate and location.

 

We make our own vegan breads and cheese. We cook a variety of styles including Japanese, Italian, Thai, Korean, Indian, Mexican and American fusion.

 

Cooking is very much the same as making visual art!

One of many ways our yoga center practices kindness is through vegetarian education. Several times per month we serve donation based vegan lunches. 

 

At least 3 times/day we can all make a powerful choice to be more kind. Being kind can also taste amazing!
